Great location, great little stay!

We needed a long weekend away, and this condo was perfect--exceptionally clean, very well-appointed, comfortable, great location. The kitchen was very usable, complete with nice utensils, matching plates and glassware, and modern appliances. Beds were comfy. The location was fantastic, just a short drive (or 20-minute walk) to most things on Front Street. Overall, very easy, quite comfortable and exactly what we were hoping for.

Fantastic

The property was very clean perfect space and good location. Parking was good in a safe neighborhood. Beds were comfortable very nice building. our trip was canceled in Florida for obvious reasons and we were so happy to get this last-minute booking available.

Beautiful brand new apartment walking steps to downtown Traverse City and to the beach, with its own parking place. Very well managed! The only thing is that it is very close to a Main Street so you can hear sometimes some of the loud vehicles and the day they pick up the garbage at 2 am.Other than that. It is a very nice place to stay.

TC Cherry Fest

Condo was as described. Stocked with all the essentials.Good location, especially if you wanted a night time treat, just walk outside and you’re at the Dairy Lodge. The only negative would be the parking. The assigned spaces were very narrow.

Lovely Condo Experience by the Beach

The condo is charming, clean, new and as described. I would absolutely return again. The management is very responsive and the check in was seamless. The area is of course very lively during the season but the provided sound machine ensures a good night sleep. We look forward to next time!

Perfect TC touchdown spot

My cousin and I stayed here while visiting our five other cousins who lived in TC as children. Most of our time was spent visiting and reminiscing—but it was wonderful to have a place to return to at the end of the day. Clean, fully-stocked (linens, dishes, amenities) and secure. We felt very safe and fortunate to find this condo in the perfect location. Would love to return with my husband for a getaway vacation!

Great location. Noisy at night with trucks and waste management truck emptying trash containers. Parking spots are extremely tight. The area rug in living area should be replaced. It was well equipped in kitchen and bath areas. Bay Shore Management (Jordan) was very responsive to some minor issues we brought to their attention.

Very comfortable & exactly as listed.

Loved the place & would absolutely stay there, again. Just a couple of communication issues: In the beginning, when I needed to make change, I couldn't get a response for over a week. Going through VRBO, I finally got an answer & they totally fixed it & made it even better. 2nd Issue: Upon a very wet arrival, we had the code for only one if two doors. They got me the 2nd code within 15 minutes, but that is a good thing to change for future VRBO customers. It was quiet, clean & comfortable!
