Please note that there are three apartment units hosted in the historic Torre Agetria building: Torre Agetria Episkopē (first floor), Torre Agetria Blacherna (second floor) and Torre Agetria Mainē (third floor). Tenants of each of the units have unique access to their bedroom, bathroom, fridge, and utensils. They share access to a common ground floor lounge, kitchen, bathroom, as well as the first-floor terrace.

It aspires to contribute both to the protection of Greek architectural heritage and the sustainable growth of the local economy.

Agia Kyriaki is one of the most picturesque villages of Inner (Mesa) Mani. Some of the most stunning monuments of Mani are within walking distance. The Tigani peninsula with the ruins of the Grand Maigne fortress, the Agetria church, the Episkope church and the Vlacherna church lie within a few kilometres from the village. Mezapos and Gerolimenas, two villages featuring restaurants, cafes, and pebblestone beaches, are within a few minutes' drive, while it is possible to hike downhill to the seaside at the Tigani peninsula.

Torre Agetria is a rare example of Maniot traditional architecture, designated by administrative decree and listed as a national heritage monument. It consists of three apartments, whose bedrooms and private bathrooms are located on each of the three floors of the tower, and an "L" shaped arched cellar, which serves as the common lounge, dining hall, kitchen, and additional bathroom of the apartments. The property features two terraces, one on the first floor and one on the roof of the tower, featuring stunning views of the sea, the mountains, and the Maniot countryside.

There are three apartment units hosted in the historic Torre Agetria building: Torre Agetria Episkopē (first floor), Torre Agetria Blacherna (second floor) and Torre Agetria Mainē (third floor). Tenants of each unit have exclusive access to their bedroom, bathroom, fridge, and utensils. They share access to a common ground-floor lounge, kitchen, bathroom, and the first-floor terrace.

Summer quiet hours between 15:00 and 17:30 apply.

Access to the floors is only possible through a steep staircase, as is the tradition in Maniot towers; hence, persons with mobility issues might have difficulty reaching.
