Tucked among lush gardens on a secluded, private 3-acre Bennett Valley property, this luxury 1BR cottage feels worlds away while just minutes from Sonoma wine tasting, dining, and Santa Rosa’s major hospitals. Designed for extended stays and travel medical professionals, it offers fast WiFi, refined interiors, and peaceful surroundings, a cozy, restorative retreat after long shifts.

Thoughtfully designed for travel nurses and medical professionals, this fully furnished home offers fast WiFi, a dedicated workspace, and peaceful surroundings for true rest between shifts.

Inside, enjoy vaulted ceilings, beautiful redwood flooring, a chef’s kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, a spa-inspired bath with a walk-in glass shower, and in-unit washer/dryer. Large windows and sliding doors bring in natural light and open to a covered patio surrounded by mature trees.

Two additional homes share the acreage but are thoughtfully spaced for privacy. One-car maximum parking.

Quiet, refined, and restorative — ideal for 30+ night stays.


KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

To keep things smooth and comfortable for everyone during mid-term stays, please note:

The wood burning fireplace is not for guest use.
For extended stays, we use a simple occupancy agreement and ask guests to review and agree to the house guidelines prior to check-in. Identity verification, credit/income, proof of employment may also be required.
A refundable security deposit is required for mid-term stays.
Utilities are included with reasonable use.
Monthly housekeeping may be required for longer stays; additional cleaning may apply as needed.
The home is for registered guests only no subletting or additional occupants.
Maintenance access may be needed with advance notice.
House rules apply for the entire duration of the stay.
