Make your vacation dreams come true! "A Shore Thing" is a captivating 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Home located on the shores of Delavan Lake. Your perfect getaway features a private dock complemented by a full-length upper deck where amazing lake views and stunning sunsets await! Enjoy the comforts of this charming cottage or explore Downtown Delavan and its surrounding towns. While pets are wonderful, they are not allowed on the property. The Shore Station accommodates V-Hull Boats only.

Walk into a bright and airy, fully equipped kitchen and great room. As you enter the living room, you will be greeted with generous lake views, through 2 sets of sliding glass doors, that access the Trex covered deck. In addition, the main floor includes two bedrooms, an updated full bath, and, dedicated work space. The staircase leads to the lower level, with walk out access to the patio (under the upper deck), and the grass frontage to the lake. The fully furnished basement includes another updated full bath, additional sleeping and fully equipped laundry room.

To ensure a comfortable stay, please review the list of amenities. Although the list may not include every
item available in the home, we hope it provides most of the necessities and meets expectations.


*While a boat is not provided, if planning on docking a boat, please be advised the Shore Station (Boat Lift),
will support most V-Hull Boats, the Shore Station will not accommodate a Pontoon Boat. You are welcome
to secure a boat to the other side of the dock, however, ropes, cleats, bumpers, etc. are not supplied.


*This property does not allow pets. Although we love other peoples pets, please respect our No Pet Policy, and our other guests, that may have health issues associated with animals. Violation of this policy will result in fines, strictly enforced.

FYI: The State of Wisconsin has recommended, the number of guests sleeping at the property should not
exceed 6 Adults or 5 Adults and 2 Children.
