We choose this area cause we are in our own little space quite beautiful and full of wild life its a slice of Alaska heaven!!!!! But the best part is that we are 10 min away from town and our neighbors are not super close to us

I feel its the location its right outside town right by lakes a quick drive from the beaches salmonm fishing swimming so we experience the Alaska dream but yet so close to all amenities.
