The Neighborhood:
Neighborhood Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine.
No boats, trailers, or box trucks
Mid-Stay Cleaning Requirement
For stays longer than 10 days, we kindly require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the home fresh, comfortable, and enjoyable throughout your visit.
The cost for this cleaning is the same as the standard cleaning fee and will be requested upon check-in. We’ll be happy to coordinate a date that works best for you to make the process as smooth and convenient as possible.
No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
There's a Ring Video Camera located near the Front Door.
Interaction with Guests:
I give my guests space but am available when needed. With our Smart Lock you do self check in so we rarely meet guests. I’m available via phone or text and if you don’t get a response you can always contact my team.
