As you enter the top level, you’re welcomed into a bright, open-concept living area, perfect space to unwind and watch movies or just enjoy family time. The fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar makes meal prep effortless. Off the kitchen is a bright and airy dining area that has access to cozy deck seating if you would like to enjoy your meal outside. There is also a half bathroom right off the kitchen for convenience. This level also features a King primary suite with a private ensuite full bath, and deck access with outdoor seating to enjoy the coastal breeze.



Head down to the mid level where a secondary living area/den that offers additional space to relax and play games. There is also access to a second covered deck with more seating overlooking the pool. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.



The Neighborhood:

Oak Island is a beach town that is separated from the mainland by the Intracoastal Waterway. Known primarily as a family beach town, it offers plenty of activities throughout the summer, including a variety of marathons/5Ks, live music, farmers markets, and more. The Intracoastal Waterway is popular for kayakers and fishing, and the town has plenty of golf courses, nature walks and biking for those who like to stay on land.
