Stylishly furnished apartment in Dresden including bicycles, close to the center

For your visit to Dresden, we offer you a stylishly furnished vacation apartment. The apartment is just under 40 square meters in size and features a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The bright and inviting living room faces south toward Peschelstraße, while the bedroom faces north toward the courtyard.
A small wood-burning stove adds a special touch of coziness during the colder months.

The apartment is located on the first floor, along with another vacation rental.

The apartment has been lovingly renovated in a classic style. The floor has been covered with white-oiled wooden planks, the doors have been restored with attention to detail, and high-quality wooden windows have been installed. Allergy sufferers in particular will feel right at home.
The apartment is furnished with a pleasant combination of historic and modern furniture.

The vacation rental is a non-smoking apartment. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. A modern ventilation system supplies the apartment with fresh air. There are seating areas in the courtyard.
Towels and bed linens are provided free of charge. A portable crib and a wooden high chair can be provided for small children.

Ample free parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the vacation rental.

For bike trips, a total of 3 women’s bikes and 5 men’s bikes (26-inch and 28-inch) are available at no extra charge for the two vacation apartments. Please bring your own bike helmets. Please note that use of the provided bikes is at your own risk.

It takes only about 15 minutes to bike to downtown.

There are several shopping options nearby. Two bakeries are within walking distance, one of which is also open on Sundays. Otherwise, the “Elbepark” shopping center—also within walking distance—offers a wide range of shopping options.

There is a seating area in the green, car-free courtyard. From Monday through Friday, parts of the courtyard are shared with a small daycare center until around 4:00 p.m.
