🔒 Security Deposit – Important to Know

A security deposit of $500 will be pre-authorized on your credit card on the day of check-in. This is a temporary hold and will be released following a successful inspection of the unit after checkout.
- Please treat the furniture, appliances, towels and bedsheets with care.
- No wet swimming suit, tanning lotion, or makeup on the sofa or bed. Do not wipe makeup with the towels we provide. We will bill for permanently stained towels and sheets.
- Lost key fob will incur a $200 replacement fee.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Any smell of smoke will automatically result in a $400 fumigation fee charged directly to the guest.
- Violation of house rules will result in up to $1,000 fine and/or eviction without a refund.
