A magnificent view of the Rofan Mountains awaits you from the 55-square-meter rooftop terrace! On the first floor, there’s also a second terrace right next to the living area with a small garden, as well as a covered carport. In the village center, 900 meters away, you’ll find plenty of shopping options, bike and ski rentals, various restaurants, banks, and cafés. And don’t miss our relatively new Atoll swimming pool with slides, a great playground, and beautiful saunas right on Lake Achensee (20-minute walk through the woods and along the lake / 5-minute drive)!

On-site costs: Our 4 Edelweiss****-rated vacation home, featuring two separate alpine chalets (85 m² each), is located in the quiet Lärchenwiese neighborhood. Look forward to hikes, bike rides, and ski tours starting right from the vacation home. Not suitable for guests who just want to party. A magnificent view of the Rofan Mountains awaits you from each 55 m² rooftop terrace! Washing machine (detergent provided) and dryer in the house! This costs 5 euros. Thank you for your understanding.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
