Vacation Apartment 04-3 in the Papillon vacation complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.<br><br>Located on the first floor of Building 4, this southwest-facing 2-room apartment features a terrace.<br>With approximately 55 m² of living space, it includes a living room with an integrated kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.<br>The beach is about 250 m from the Papillon vacation complex.<br><br>The terrace, surrounded by a hedge and partially covered, invites you to relax outdoors.<br>Terrace furniture, including a parasol and two lounge chairs, is available for your use.<br><br>The living area and kitchen feature an open-concept layout.<br>The corner sleeper sofa (200 x 126 cm) sleeps two people.<br>The floor-to-ceiling windows let plenty of light into the living area.<br>Highlights in the living area include a flat-screen TV.<br>Pleated blinds on the patio window provide privacy.<br><br>The modern kitchenette is equipped with dishes, a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment for meal preparation.<br>The entire apartment has laminate flooring.<br><br>The separate bedroom is furnished with a generous double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a spacious closet for your entire vacation wardrobe.<br>All windows in the apartment are fitted with exterior blinds for blackout.<br><br>The spacious shower room is tiled and equipped with a hair dryer, among other amenities.<br>Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.<br>Bicycles can be securely stored in the building’s basement.<br><br>In Building 4, free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available to our guests.<br>Coin-operated washers and dryers are located in the basement.<br>Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the building.<br>The complex includes a small playground.<br><br>Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating.<br>Bed linens and towels are not included.<br>You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).<br>One parking space is available for this vacation rental.<br>Additional vehicles can be parked in the public, paid parking lots in town.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The Papillon vacation village, located in a quiet yet central spot on the edge of Boltenhagen’s town center, invites you to enjoy a cozy vacation.<br>The beach is about 250 m away.<br><br>Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex.<br>Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandbox, swinging high in the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.<br><br>Dogs are allowed in some apartments.<br>Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi.<br>Each house has one free parking space for your car right next to the house.<br><br>Vacation apartments in the Papillon Boltenhagen vacation village:<br><br>Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon vacation complex.<br>On the first floor are 2-room apartments with terraces.<br>An outdoor staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors.<br>Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.<br>Each apartment has its own exterior entrance.<br>Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in all buildings.<br>Some apartments offer a bicycle parking space or a bicycle storage room.
