Vacation Apartment 05-5 in the Papillon vacation complex is a 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.

This cheerfully furnished 4-room vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor at the end of Building 5. You can access the approximately 70 m² apartment, which features a south-west-facing balcony, via an outdoor staircase. Spread over two floors are the living/dining area, three bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The beach is about 250 m from the Papillon vacation village.

In the living room, you’ll find a large balcony window that lets the sun shine into the living area until late in the evening. From here, you can step out onto the furnished balcony. The comfortable seating area in the living and dining areas features a modern design. A Tripp Trapp high chair is provided so that even small children can be comfortable during meals. A flat-screen TV and a stereo system provide entertainment in the evening.

The modern built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven with broiler, a large refrigerator with a 4**** freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a microwave. The living and sleeping areas on the lower level are tiled.

In the bedroom on the first floor, you’ll find a double bed and a wardrobe. You can access the two bedrooms in the attic from the living area via an internal staircase. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed each (2 x 90 x 200 cm and 2 x 80 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The flooring here is laminate. The windows are fitted with roller shades or exterior blinds for light control.

The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, a shower stall, and a separate toilet with a window. Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the house. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

In Building 5, coin-operated washers and dryers are available to our guests in the basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the building. Bicycles can be stored in the basement. The complex includes a small playground.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade). One parking space is available for this vacation rental. Additional vehicles can be parked in the town’s public paid parking lots.

The Papillon vacation village, quietly yet centrally located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen, invites you to enjoy a comfortable vacation. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandbox, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. For each house, there’s a free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon vacation complex. On the first floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bike parking space or a bike storage room.
