Your vacation rental No. 4 at Hanse Haus is a two-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

With approximately 50 m², you’ll find a spacious ground-floor apartment featuring a terrace, a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is only about 70 m away.

The modern living room features a double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) for 2 people, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area for 4 people. You can step directly from the living room onto the south-facing terrace, where a beach chair and comfortable patio furniture invite you to relax. A hedge provides the necessary privacy.

Right next to the living area, you’ll find the kitchenette with a second small dining area. The kitchenette is modern and practical, equipped with, among other things, a Cafissimo capsule coffee machine, a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The bedroom features a double bed with two mattresses (2 x 90 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a second TV (Smart TV). There is also a bathroom with a modern corner shower, heated towel rack, and heated floors. The floors in the living room and bathroom are tiled; the bedroom has designer flooring. The windows are fitted with pleated blinds.

The Hanse Haus is centrally located between Mittelpromenade and Ostseeallee. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. Underground parking spaces (clearance height 2.00 m) and a storage room for bicycles are located in the building.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without making the beds).

The Hanse Haus vacation complex is located on the first row of Ostseeallee, close to the beach and right in the heart of Boltenhagen. It is about 70 meters to the beach.

Pets are permitted in some cases.

Wi-Fi is available in all apartments.

The underground parking garage beneath the building provides a designated parking space for each apartment.

A relaxing vacation awaits you in the comfortably furnished 2- and 3-room apartments with a balcony or terrace. Some of the 3-room apartments are spread over two spacious floors.
There is a storage room in the underground parking garage for bicycles you bring with you. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available for use in a common area.
