This place was perfect for my family of six. We had a wonderful time. It was very clean. The house left some snacks that were absolutely beneficial for my six-year-old twins. Everything was beautiful.

The location is wonderful. We loved the view from the balconies and got to walk the trails behind the condo. All beds were king and comfortable. It’s clearly an older property but has been updated reasonably well. Price point was very good for the size.

Communication with the Jacob was good and efficient. He let us know of an unplanned late checkout by the previous renters that was affecting the cleaning schedule, but they were able to get everything ready for us in time for check-in, which I appreciated. The place was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. There were snacks, coffee, and toiletries, which was nice. My only comment is my opinion that the place truly sleeps 8 rather than 9 people (three King-sized beds, a rollaway twin, and a long couch with removable back cushions). The pull-out pictured in one of the bedrooms is not the size of a bed and would only potentially accommodate a small child. We had 5 people so this did not affect us, but it is worth mentioning for anyone who would expect it to sleep a full grown adult. Overall I would recommend the place!

The condo was sufficient, but it left a lot to be desired. There were no paper towels.The bathroom toilet paper roll was broken.One of the TV’s didn’t work.The beds were really hard.Multiple windows were unlocked, and all of the windows and window sills were filthy dirty.There were not many spices in the kitchen. We had to get towels from the upstairs bathroom to bring down to the downstairs bathroom. The hot water runs out very quickly.

We had a great stay! Location was easy to get to and easily accessible to restaurants and a Walmart. House was very clean and had everything we needed! Jacob was very quick with communication and everything about the process was easy. We would definitely look into reserving this house if we are ever back in the area.

We loved our stay and actually talking about trying to go again in november and spend 4 or 5 days for thanksgiving. Jacob was a very accommodating, allow us to check-in early to make a wedding We had to go to. Things could have not gone any better. I would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again. The area is great only minutes across the missouri state line.

Such a cute, clean place!! Plenty of room for the kids to have their own space!! Great little outdoor spaces too!! I wish we would have had more time to explore the area because it looks like there are a few things we would love to check out!

Jacob's thoughtfulness and hospitality showed in so many ways! He went out of his way to accomodate our family's needs for the weekend and was incredibly graceful. Kids had a great time on the trails by the house and nearby waterfall and swimming holes!
