The Reet/AM03a vacation home is a semi-detached house with 4 rooms that sleeps up to 8 people.

This spacious vacation home with a thatched roof offers plenty of room across its four bedrooms, allowing you to relax during your well-deserved vacation and enjoy your time on the Baltic Sea. The approximately 100 m² of living space is divided among a large living/dining room with access to the southwest-facing terrace, two bedrooms in the attic, one bedroom in the loft, and two bathrooms. Both bathrooms are equipped with showers. Tiles were installed on the first floor and in the bathrooms, while high-quality PVC flooring was laid on the upper floors. The showers are walk-in.

The house is modern and tastefully furnished. In the fully equipped kitchen—featuring a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and filter coffee maker—you’ll find everything you need to prepare your meals. At the spacious solid-wood table, you can't only enjoy your meals with family and friends but also spend your evenings in a cozy atmosphere. For your entertainment, there are several board games, reading materials, a large LED TV, and a stereo system. A large living room suite invites you to relax. If needed, it can be converted into a spacious sleeping area for 2 adults.

An electric grill allows for relaxed barbecuing on the southwest-facing terrace, which is furnished with modern and comfortable furniture. You can let your gaze wander over the adjacent meadows and fields. After a day in the fresh Baltic Sea air, you can relax in the indoor Finnish sauna with a fragrant infusion. In the upstairs hallway, a reading nook invites you to linger.

Each of the two bedrooms on the first floor features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), an LED TV, and plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe. In the attic, there is another bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm).

For very young guests, the house offers a built-in changing station, a crib, and a high chair. A washing machine and free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) are at your disposal. Pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

The Mariannenweg vacation resort is located in a low-traffic area, set back one block from the street. The parking lot is right at the resort’s entrance. This vacation home is assigned one parking space. You can park additional cars in the nearby public parking lot for a fee. Access to the resort is restricted by a gate system. Access is permitted only to guests of the Mariannenweg vacation resort. The beach is about 400 m away.

Please understand that barbecuing with gas or charcoal and the use of fireworks are not permitted.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them for a fee (not made up).

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the property is returned in good condition. Your rental deposit is 250.00 €. The deposit is due along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, provided there are no complaints or defects.

The Am Mariannenweg vacation village, with its exclusive thatched-roof houses, offers you a relaxing vacation in Boltenhagen Tarnewitz in a quiet location close to the beach. The distance to the beach is approximately 400 m.
Children are warmly welcome in all thatched-roof houses in the vacation village. The resort has its own securely fenced playground. Here, your children can swing high into the air on the various swings, enjoy a ride on the rocking animals, and dig in the sandbox. A ping-pong table rounds out the amenities for your older children as well.

Dogs are allowed in many of the cottages.
The entire complex offers free Wi-Fi.

The parking lot, with individual parking spaces for each cottage, is located right at the entrance to the traffic-calmed complex.
