Game wing features pool table, foosball, Roku TVs, balcony + half bath. Unwind in the sunroom with skylights or on the front/back decks and hot tub. Master suite has a jacuzzi tub. Upstairs loft + Jack-and-Jill bath between 2 bedrooms (queen; queen + bunk). Pines & pinecones all around.

No honking

No squealing tires

No loud yelling or screaming

No use of sound equipment outdoors

No fireworks at any time

The neighborhood has strict outdoor quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be especially mindful of noise during these hours. We greatly appreciate your respect for the neighbors.

Parking Rules

Do not park on the grass

Please park on paved areas only

There is a buried septic tank on the property, and parking on unpaved areas could cause thousands of dollars in damage.

No parties

No smoking

Please respect any locked doors or areas blocked off from guest use

Do not enter restricted areas, including areas such as behind the garage divider
