You’ll be just 14 minutes from Gate 1 of Fort Campbell, making this an ideal spot for military families visiting loved ones or attending on-base events. The home is also only 9 minutes from Austin Peay State University, offering quick access for campus tours, graduations, and local activities.

Our goal is to make your stay as hassle-free and comfortable as possible. For easy access, we've set up a keyless entry system, activated at your check-in time. No need to worry about physical keys – just use the provided code in your check-in instructions.

In case you ever have trouble with the keypad, we've got you covered with an emergency lockbox. Access it using the phone number you used to book the property, and you'll find all the details in the check-in instructions we provide. For added security, the lockbox code changes every 4 hours.

Once you're in, the entire house is yours to enjoy, We've designed everything with your convenience and peace of mind in mind. Your stay should be about relaxation and making the most of your time here, so we've taken care of the details. Welcome!

The primary suite is your personal haven. It features a plush king bed, ideal for unwinding after a long day of travel or adventure. A dedicated desk and chair provide a convenient workspace for guests who need to catch up on emails or work remotely.
You’ll also enjoy a private full bathroom, giving you added comfort and convenience.
To top it off, the suite includes a 75" smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorite shows or enjoying a quiet night in.

The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, comfortably accommodating two guests. This room also features a 50" smart TV, making it easy for everyone to enjoy their own entertainment.
A second full bathroom is located in this area as well, giving all guests plenty of space to get ready without waiting.

On the main floor, the living room invites you to relax, gather, and enjoy your time together. Sink into the comfortable seating and enjoy the 65" smart TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite apps.

This space flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, snacks, or morning coffee.
A small dining table for four offers a warm and intimate spot for breakfast, casual dining, or board games.


We want to provide you with important information about an additional fee to ensure a transparent and enjoyable experience:

1. Additional Guest Fee: There is an extra charge of $10 per night for each guest beyond 4, up to the maximum occupancy of 5 guests.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

Authorization Hold Notice

To help us maintain a clean, safe, and well-cared-for property, all reservations require a temporary authorization hold before check-in.

This is NOT an actual charge and no money is withdrawn from your account unless there are damages, smoking violations, missing items, unauthorized guests, excessive cleaning, or major violations of the house rules.

An authorization hold works similar to a hotel incidentals hold:

* Your bank temporarily places the funds on hold
* The funds remain in your account, but may show as temporarily unavailable
* We do not receive or collect the funds unless a valid claim is necessary

If there are no issues reported after checkout, the authorization hold is automatically released. Most banks release the hold within 3–5 business days, although timing may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

For guest security and consistency across booking platforms, the authorization hold is completed securely through the ChargeAutomation portal using a secure link sent through the booking platform’s messaging system.

This process is permitted for select software-connected hosts when properly disclosed in the listing and rental terms.

By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to this authorization hold requirement as part of the reservation terms.
