The Space:

Situated on the 18th hole of the Corales Golf Course within the Puntacana Resort & Club, this 17,000 square feet of luxury. This eight-bedroom villa has everything you could wish for.



Upon entering the grand estate, you are met with lush greenery as far as the eye can see. Proud palm trees and sandstone walls surround the property as the house itself faces directly towards the Caribbean Ocean. Regal pillars connect the outdoors and indoors, creating a seamless flow.



Each bedroom has views of the sparkling ocean and all include a large full ensuite bathroom with luxury toiletries, opening onto covered verandas. The bedrooms can sleep 16 people in total, with six of the bedrooms having king beds and the other two bedrooms with two twin beds. Guests can expect the utmost comfort with four-post beds and soft linens. Each bedroom has been decorated beautifully and guests can be assured a peaceful night of rest.



Throughout the home, double-height ceilings create an abundance of space and an airy atmosphere. The Coraline floors add to the elegance of the house and the ample living spaces. The antique furniture and the scattered 19th-century pieces pay homage to the area's historical roots. The living room is padded with deliciously comfortable couches and furnishings.



The modern, yet charming and beautiful kitchen is open and full of light. Should you or your guests wish to cook a meal, there is an abundance of counter space and high-quality appliances to use. However, if you would prefer your meals cooked for you, the villa’s cook is happy to whip up an array of gourmet meals of your choice.



If it is digital entertainment you are after, the villa boasts a movie theater, Dolby Atmos surround sound, Apple TV, Amazon Prime, local TV and a PlayStation 5. The house also has an office and a library.



Enjoy your days soaking up the glorious Caribbean sunshine whilst lying around the crystal-clear lap pool and taking in the viewpoint. A heated plunge pool is also available for your convenience. Getting Around:

The villa is just 10 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport, 15 minutes from Cap Cana, and 40 minutes from Casa de Campo by car.



In order to explore the Punta Cana area, which will allow you to enjoy the island to the fullest, driving is recommended. Please let us know if we can assist with arranging a car service or a rental.

For the duration of your stay, our concierge will stop by twice per day to assist with culinary services or planning excursions around the area.



When your trip comes to a close, our concierge will assist in the check-out process and arrange your transportation back to the airport.
