Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire main level of the home.

The upstairs area is not part of the rental and remains locked. The door to the upstairs is located in the laundry room.

The larger backyard, outdoor shed, basement, and crawlspaces are not accessible to guests.

Parking is available behind the house. One vehicle fits in the driveway and a second vehicle may park beside it on the grass. The space can be tight for larger vehicles. Street parking is also available nearby.

Security

Exterior security cameras are located at the front door, side door, and near the shed and monitor exterior areas only.

The home is also equipped with a monitored security system, smoke detectors, and carbon monoxide detectors.

There are no cameras inside guest living spaces.

• Only guests included on the reservation are permitted at the property
• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests

• Pets are not permitted
(Service animals are welcome in accordance with platform policies)

• No parties or events

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Smoking permitted outdoors only

• Please flush toilet paper only (no wipes or hygiene products)

• Please do not pour grease, oil, or food scraps down drains

• If any liquid spills on hardwood floors, please wipe it promptly to prevent damage

• Please lock doors and windows when leaving the property
