Beautiful condo! We slept 13 comfortably. Had everything we needed. I would recommend bringing extra blankets for anyone needing to sleep on sofa couch or couch. Love the safeness you feel at this property. Also lazy river is wonderful and the slide! We will definitely be back!

Spacious and clean condo on Orange Beach

Our group of 6 had a great stay at this condo. Close to the beach, balcony view of the ocean, indoor and outdoor pools, water slide and lazy river. Easy parking and access to great restaurants in Orange Beach. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect location, need to fire the cleaning crew

Overall the condo and location is perfect for a big family. We all had plenty of space and comfort. I hate to even give a bad review. The only complaint I had was the cleanliness. I called the management company and they offered to come out but by this time all our family was settled and I didn’t want people cleaning while we were relaxing. So we tried and clean as we went. We had to go buy cleaning products because they left nothing in the condo. We didn’t even have any dish soap. The floors were so dirty that the kids feet were black. I didn’t dare take my shoes off. The dishes were put up dirty. We had to rewash everything we used. The pull out sofa was so gross that we didn’t even want to sit on on it. When we tried to pull it out for kids to sleep they had a baby pacifier stuck to the bed and dirt and grime.Th

Not satisfied

The condo was not clean. Showers were rusted and leaked on the floor. There were fingerprints all over the TV, food smudges on the couches, sticky black film on the floors. Overall the facility was great, but the room was filthy.

Great for Family

Our family group of 9 really enjoyed this property. Beach and pool access is quick and easy, and we didn’t have to wait for elevators. The whole property was nice and clean.

Unit is nice; Complex needs updating

The unit is nice but has some issues: Ice machine makes horrible noise and doesn't work, Living room furniture is stained and uncomfortable, Master Bedroom TV wouldn't work and bed is really Firm which I find uncomfortable. Layout for condo is great - view from balcony is great. The complex itself is showing age - noone ever cleaned up around the pools - same trash,broken shells, earring and bobby pins never moved the entire 8 days we were there. There is a spot to leave boogie boards, sand toys, etc for others to use - someone cleaned out the entire area when those items were being used by guests. Hardly ever anyone at front desk - lots of employees standing around talking - only saw one young girl cleaning. This complex needs new management!!

Orange Beach Trip

Very nice compared to other places like Panama City . Parking passes were very expensive but other than that the trip went well .

Great property. Condo needs attention attention

Condo needs updating. Much of the furniture shows signs of wear and tear. Dryer is very loud indicating it needs work or replacement.

Nice, clean property!

The room smelled and looked fresh and clean when we got there. This rental was perfect for our group of 13! Parking on the fifth floor was so convenient for us, we had seven children with us and 6 adults. The lazy river and slide were amazing and perfect for the kids. I didn’t like paying separately for the only two parking spaces that we were allowed( we had a 3rd vehicle and had to park in a church parking lot the whole trip). Overall it is was a great place to stay and we’d stay there again!

Beach Vacation 2023

Phoenix West is the best condos we have ever stayed at. We have stayed there twice now and will definitely always stay there when in Orange Beach which is also our favorite beach!

Nice place- needs a little TLC

Very nice condo in a very nice building. Great pools and access to the beach. It’s on the 5 th floor which allows you to park on the corresponding parking deck and avoid the always crowded elevators. As with most beach condos, the floors could use a good mopping between guests instead of just sweeping. The TV in the master suite, the ice maker in the bar, and the coffee pot were all not working. We did not contact management since we were only going to be there three days, so I can’t comment on their response time. I would stay there again.

GREAT for all ages!!!

Everything we needed was stocked! Our family had all ages and different ideas of 'fun' but ALL had a blast! Bedrooms were set up to enable a good night's sleep and private bathrooms/showers. Indoor/Outdoor pools, lazy river and beach were all utilized daily without overcrowding. Eateries and shopping are all nearby. Condo was clean and homey! Balcony was spacious, comfortable and provided fantastic view of the gulf. We loved everything about it and would HIGHLY recommend this unit to others!

Great for our group

We took a group of seniors for spring break. This place was perfect for that. It’s nice but not so nice that you’re worried about messing things up. A few things didn’t work (ice maker) but no biggie. 5th floor is great bc you’re not waiting forever for the elevator. Surprised that I didn’t hear much of anything from neighbors.

Great place to stay.

It was right on the beach and had a lazy river which the kids loved and an indoor pool to get out of the sun for a while. Will highly recommend it.
