Beautiful 3-bedroom House + Casita, offers the peace & tranquility you're looking for. Located in beautiful Gold Canyon, known for its saguaro cactus, majestic mountain surroundings, & golf community.
This home offers over 3000sf, with 4 bedrooms total, 3 full bathrooms & a half bath. Three of the bedrooms & 3 baths are in the main house, and there is one bedroom with its own bathroom and private entrance (the casita). The primary bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms are furnished with queen beds. In addition to sleeping 8 people, we also have a roll-away bed available (suitable for a child or small adult) and we have 2 comfortable sofas in our den, that may accommodate 2 more children or small adults if needed. There is a washer & dryer available for guests to use.
There is a large dining room with seating for 8, there is also a dinette in the kitchen with seating for 4 and bar seating for 4.
The kitchen is spacious with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, gas cooktop & oven. Basic pots/pans, dishes etc. We have a Keurig coffee maker and provide you with a startup supply of coffee.
Our living room is spacious and open to the kitchen, and we also have a cozy den for you to enjoy, with 2 sofas a TV and board games.
Towels & linens are provided, as well as a startup of soap/shampoo.
Outside we have a covered patio with seating, a large pergola with BBQ, refrigerator and bar seating. A large area of artificial grass, a golf putting pad and corn-hole game. Our pool/swim-spa is so much fun! You can relax with the massage jets or turn on the swim mode and swim against the current, it is 18 ft in length; it can be heated for no extra cost, if you let us know ahead of time (it can take a couple days to heat). There's golfing, restaurants and great hiking trails nearby. We recommend AllTrails,com for a useful guide of nearby trails.
This property is in a serene environment...
We do not allow SMOKING, or PETS, or loud PARTIES at this property, this is a quiet/peaceful neighborhood not intended for loud parties/events.
There is parking directly on the property (driveway), The garage is not available to guests at this time, as it is currently occupied with the owner's belongings. Furnishings could change over time as needed.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful vacation rental in Gold Canyon, AZ, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The house was spacious and easily accommodated our group of 8. The casita was an unexpected surprise and gave everyone plenty of space and privacy. The location was very convenient, close to grocery stores and local entertainment, making it easy to enjoy the area.The backyard was perfect for grilling and relaxing, with a picturesque desert setting that made every evening feel special. The swimming pool was awesome, and we spent hours enjoying the sunshine and views. The home was clean, comfortable, and quiet, truly a peaceful getaway. Every cooking supply we needed was provided, which made meal prep a breeze.The hosts were great at communicating with timely responses and even went as far as leaving us a cooler to keep our drinks cold at the swim meet, which was such a thoughtful touch.This is truly one of the best vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed at. If you are looking for a relaxing, well-equipped, and scenic place to stay in Gold Canyon, this is it! I cannot say enough great things about this amazing place. Do not hesitate to stay here. One word… Amazing!!
