Distance to the beach: approx. 150 m.<br><br>This well-maintained, 1.5-room, non-smoking “Silbermöwe” apartment on the first floor of a quiet apartment building offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation by the sea, not least thanks to its south-west-facing loggia: Ideal for 2 people—and thanks to the comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room, there are sleeping accommodations for 4. In front of the open kitchen is the large dining area—it forms the heart of this attractively furnished apartment. The comfortable sofa in the living/sleeping area can be easily converted into a cozy bed (140x200) (mattress topper provided), and the bedroom features a box-spring bed for cozy nights and a large closet for your luggage. Finally, a chance to read a book in peace—the recliner practically invites you to do just that. For your entertainment, you can listen to the radio via Smart TV (49 inches) and stream Netflix and Amazon Prime using your personal login credentials.<br>The day gets off to a great start in the modern shower room with its extra-large shower stall. And the stylish built-in kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, an induction cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator (with separate freezer), and a coffee maker (1 classic, 1 Dolce Gusto). The built-in closet in the hallway offers plenty of space for your personal belongings. Various books and games round out the amenities. <br><br>Thanks to the (wide-opening) windows, the loggia has been transformed into a small “extra room,” which is even equipped with underfloor heating—a wonderful place to unwind a bit after eventful days and —even when the weather isn’t so nice—to wind down the day in a relaxed way.<br>You can park your bicycles in front of or next to the house.<br><br>We recommend occupancy for 2 to 4 people.<br>Included in the price are: Wi-Fi and all utilities. <br>All beds are equipped with our own mattress protectors, pillows, and blankets; please bring your own beach towels and blankets. <br><br>You can rent linens from us; to do so, you must book the “Linen Box per Person” option.
