The home is also located within the golf cart zone, making it easy to explore the area and get around town by golf cart.

Inside, the open-concept layout makes gathering effortless. The living space flows seamlessly into a dining area with seating for eight and a chef’s kitchen outfitted with all the essentials for everything from quick breakfasts before the beach to seafood dinners shared at sunset. Step outdoors and the experience continues. A private pool sets the tone for sun-soaked afternoons, while the covered lounge offers a shaded spot to recharge between swims. Each of the four bedrooms is paired with its own ensuite bathroom, giving every guest a sense of privacy and comfort. The primary suite features a king bed and a walk-in shower. A second king bedroom and a queen bedroom also include walk-in showers, while the bunk room—complete with two twin-over-twin bunks, ideal for kids or extra guests—features a shower/tub combo. Altogether, the home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it well-suited for families, fishing groups, or multi-generational stays.

Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this home.
- Be sure to inquire about discounted Winter Texan/Snowbird rates and long-term stay discounts!
- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
- Please note that we do not provide a pack 'n play or a high chair, but guests may reach out to Baby Quip for baby items.
- Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking.
- Please note: During periods when city water restrictions are in place, rinse stations may not be available for guest use.
- This home is located within the golf cart zone, allowing guests to easily get around the area by golf cart.

Parking Details:
- Spacious parking for up to 6 vehicles, with boat parking permitted.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
