There is a power generator for the entire building (external) in case of a power outage.

The apartment has water available 24 hours a day (own tank), so you won’t experience any interruptions in the supply.

We do not provide cleaning service during your stay; it is the guest’s responsibility to keep the apartment tidy.

VERY IMPORTANT

Please do not flush toilet paper, tampons, or any other objects down the toilet. Plumbing in Venezuela is not equipped to handle these materials and can easily become clogged. Use the provided waste bin. Thank you for your understanding.

Guests are responsible for any blockages and associated charges if these instructions are not followed.

Please keep balcony windows closed at all times. Open windows allow humidity to enter, which can damage ceilings, furniture, and walls. The temperature difference between outside heat and air conditioning also creates humidity. To enjoy the tropical breeze, please use the pool area.

Some bathrooms may have lower water pressure, which is normal. Do not force the pipes.

If you do not have a vehicle, motorcycles or bicycles can be rented nearby to explore the island.

As mentioned, the Wyndham Hotel beach club is very close and offers (for an additional fee) full facilities and a variety of sports, including beach tennis, pickleball, kitesurfing, kayaking, and jet skiing. It also has gourmet restaurants to satisfy all tastes.
