Cozy cottage with pool in the small village of Zartinj, near Labin.



It welcomes its guests in a quiet location with private houses and villas and is ideally suited for a family vacation. Thanks to air conditioning, you can enjoy pleasant room temperatures here even on warm summer days. A pet is allowed to come on vacation with you.



A nice covered terrace, where you can enjoy meals or refreshing drinks during the day and evening, belongs to the house.

Nearby is a small public playground for children. Visit the medieval town of Labin, the town of Rabac with wonderful pebble beaches and a beautiful promenade by the sea. From Rabac you can take one of the guided boat trips in the summer.

Excellent house for relaxing holidays

Very nice well-equiped house with everything what you need for excellent holidays far away from noise and stress: quite residential area close to the sea side (15 minutes by car or 6 kms walking distance) and center of Labin historical city; great private swimming pool; shadowed terasse; air-conditioning; etc... the owner of the house is very welcoming and available to help if needed.

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit im Ferienhaus :) wer seine Ruhe haben möchte ist genau richtig hier. Das Haus und der Pool waren sauber. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in kürzeste Zeit alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. Demila ist eine Herzens gute Frau die sofort zustelle ist wenn man fragen hat, wir wünschen ihr nur das aller beste. Wir freuen uns nächstes Jahr wieder ihre Gäste zusein.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus. Lage wunderbar ruhig gelegen, und doch nur 10 Minuten mit Auto oder Fahrrad weg von der Stadt wo von Lidl, Spar, Plodine, Müller usw alles zusammen liegt. Zu den Stränden muss man je nachdem welcher ca immer 30 Minuten oder mehr planen.Im Haus hatten wir alles, von Spültaps, Waschmittel, alles war da. Vermieter super lieb, hilfsbereit wenn man sie braucht, ansonsten sieht man niemanden. Pool sehr sauber, Haus Mega sauber. Für Hunde großes Grundstück mit viel Wiese. Nicht weit vom Haus ein wunderschönes Gebiet wo man im Schatten weitläufig mit Hund oder Rad unterwegs sein kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
