Beautiful, light-flooded holiday home with pool on a property of approx. 6,000 square meters. The property with a lawn of around 1,800 square meters is nestled in the middle of Mediterranean vegetation, only around two kilometers from the town center of Solarino. The comfortably and tastefully furnished house has a living space of approx. 120 square meters and offers space for up to 6 people with a total of three separate bedrooms, a living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. The associated winter garden with a second kitchenette and dining table gives the whole thing the finishing touch. Here you can make yourself really comfortable even on cool days. The heart of the house is certainly the 84 square meter outdoor pool filled with salt water with a large sun terrace. Thanks to the elevated location on the slope, you can also enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape. Solarino is the smallest town within the Syracuse Province. Agricultural products are primarily processed here, such as olives and almonds.
