Private Ojai Hillside Retreat with Pool & Views

Set on a quiet hillside overlooking the west valley of Ojai, this peaceful retreat offers privacy, beautiful views, and the feeling of being surrounded by nature while still being just minutes from town. Rolling hills and a small grove of avocado trees create a serene setting where guests can relax and enjoy the calm beauty of the Ojai Valley.

The home features three comfortable bedrooms. Upstairs, the primary suite includes a California king bed, fireplace, and French doors that open to a private balcony with valley views. The ensuite bathroom includes a soaking tub and separate shower. Also upstairs is a bedroom with two twin beds and a full bathroom that opens to a second balcony.

Downstairs, a queen bedroom sits near the main living spaces, along with an additional full bathroom.

The living room features a fireplace and French doors that open to the patio, creating easy indoor–outdoor living. The kitchen and dining area make it easy to gather for meals or a relaxed evening at home.

Outside, guests can enjoy the private patio with a swimming pool, barbecue, and outdoor dining area.

Shared Estate
The main house is part of a larger estate that also includes two separate guest houses. The spaces are thoughtfully positioned to maintain privacy for all guests. The backyard, including the pool, barbecue, and fenced yard, is exclusively for guests staying in the main house and is not shared. We simply ask that guests be mindful and respectful of others on the property during their stay.

Private Wellness Club
Our property is part of a Private Membership Association (PMA)—similar to other wellness retreats in Ojai. After booking, the guest who made the reservation will just need to sign a quick membership agreement (no extra costs). You’re free to cancel your membership anytime after your visit.

Pool Heating - Add-on
Pool heating is available for a flat fee of $140, plus $70 for each day.

Pets
We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs. A $95 pet fee applies per pet.
Quiet property — no parties or loud music. Quiet hours 9 PM. Supervise children (pool & stairs). No smoking. Registered guests only.
