Enjoy a curated selection of vintage vinyl and CDs, then head out to explore nearby South Lamar’s art scene, indie shops, live music venues, tacos, and cozy coffee spots.

Walk into a fully decked-out music dream, and settle on your comfortable couch after your long travels. Enjoy the 55” TV with many streaming capabilities and high-speed WiFi ready for your regular electronic use or work purposes. Browse through our carefully selected vinyls and CDs, and test out the vintage-style record player with cassette, CD, and radio functions for a nostalgic music experience.
Peek into the bedroom where you’ll be sleeping, with a cozy Queen-sized bed, accompanied by blackout and sound dampening curtains for your privacy. A comfortable, durable air mattress for two, and towels for extra guests, can be found in the ample closet space for storing your luggage.
Step into the clean, bright, and fully stocked bathroom. Packed with essentials for light packers, consisting of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash located in the laminated wood shower. You’ll find soap, floss picks, cotton swabs, and cotton balls on the white marbled counter and a hairdryer underneath in the cabinet for your getting ready purposes. While your plush towels will be found in the cabinet above the toilet.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the full apartment space, residents' pool access, and free parking.

Please plan to arrive at the agreed-upon check-in time.
Early check-ins aren’t available unless arranged ahead of time.
2.Check-Out
Check-out is at the standard time.
If you’d like a little extra time, just let me know the night before so I can confirm with the cleaning team.
3.Quiet Hours & Guests
Out of respect for neighbors, no additional guests are allowed after quiet hours. (You will be charged if you bring unauthorized guests)
Noise Violation Fee
Any of the following will result in a $150 noise violation fee per incident:
• Excessive noise during quiet hours
• Failure to respond to noise alerts
• Any noise disturbance that results in a neighbor complaint or door knock
Severe or repeated violations may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

We're so excited to host you! Please take a moment to read through this quick guide to help you settle in and enjoy your stay to the fullest.
Check-In / Entry
Check-in time: After 3:00 PM (Early check-in before the agreed time will incur a $30 fee.)
Entry: Use the door code sent to you via message. It’s unique to your stay.
Lights: If arriving at night, feel free to turn on the light downstairs by the parking area for visibility.
Parking
You have access to any available parking spots..

Thermostat
Turn the outer ring: Spin the ring left or right to adjust the temperature up or down. Swipe up to increase the temperature and swipe down to decrease it.
Access the display screen: Tap or press the screen to open the menu, settings, and other options.
Shower
Pull the handle to the left for hot water, and right for cold water. After desired temperature, pull the pin on the faucet for the shower head to turn on.
Dishwasher
Click the cycle button until the desired wash is selected, then click start and close the dishwasher.
Balcony
Pull up on the metal bar to your left, then pull the locking mechanism on the door to your right to unlock, and push it down to lock.
Trash
If you’re having a longer stay, let us know and we’ll inform you of the valet trash hours. Otherwise please leave your trash in the bin and the cleaners will take care of it.
Pool
Open from 10 am-10 pm. Pull up the knob on the top and push or pull to open the gate.
Fireplace
If you want to use the fireplace, please let me know in advance.
House Rules
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
No smoking inside the apartment.
Let us know in advance if you're planning to bring friends over. (Failure to inform me of any guests you're bringing or allowing unauthorized individuals to stay, especially during quiet hours, will result in a $150 charge per person, per night.)
No parties or events allowed.
Treat the space with care, like it’s your own home (or better!).
