Look forward to a wonderful vacation in this appealing vacation home in a quiet location.



The house is cozy and brightly furnished, here you will find everything necessary for a successful vacation. In the living room you can expect simple but comfortable furniture reminiscent of a rustic-urigen style. Your four-legged friend does not have to stay at home either, but is very welcome in this domicile. Thanks to the air conditioning, you can count on pleasant room temperatures even in hot summers. In the outdoor area you also have a terrace with garden furniture, so you can sit comfortably outside with a coffee already in the morning hours. The barbecue also invites you to spend countless evenings.



Go to the wonderful beach and enjoy the sea and the sun there, while you feel the sand between your toes, let the wind blow you away or simply get a tan in the sun. Only 200 meters from here is the pier, starting point for a boat trip to the islands of the Mar Menor, Isla Grosa and Farallón.

Very uncomfortable

The double bed was disgusting and needs replacing. The bed frame was metal and very low. The mattress was thin and scratchy with no cover. It dipped in the middle so the thin sheet provided kept coming off in the night. There were no pillows, only a single rock hard bolster. The downstairs bathroom was outside. The yard was being used to store broken kitchen appliances, furniture and other rubbish, so it was not pleasant to sit out in. Kitchen had no work surface to prepare or serve food at all, although appliances were new. Overall we felt that the property was not fit for purpose, and could not have been used for 4 adults. Listing also does not mention that a market appears early morning every Tuesday, along the whole street, so you cannot park outside, and it is actually difficult to walk from the property.
