Enjoy the quiet white sand beaches of Sand Key with shops and restaurants just a 5 minute walk away. Drive 4 mins to the excitement of Clearwater Beach. Have coffee, wine or a seafood boil on the large 6th floor balcony with full Gulf views and nightly sunsets! This lovely space features two bedrooms, including one king bed and one twin bed with a trundle second twin, plus a nice living room with fireplace with a sofa bed for extra guests. With two bathrooms, getting ready is easy and comfortable. The condo stays cool with air conditioning and warm with heating, making it perfect year-round. Guests will appreciate the thoughtful touches that make relaxing here a breeze. Access to two outdoor heated pools and jacuzzis, two tennis/pickleball courts, two gyms with sauna and indoor jacuzzis, and two billiard rooms and office space. Renovated kitchen and gorgeous bathrooms. BEACH CHAIRS AND TOWELS PROVIDED. Parking available. Just bring your sunscreen! Feel free to reach out to us during your stay – we're happy to suggest local spots to check out, shops and restaurants in a 5 minute walk with views of the intercoastal. You can even take the Jolly Trolley to Clearwater, Indian Rocks Beach, Bellaire and much more for jet skiing, boat rentals with captain, parasailing, surfing, sunset cruises, waterparks, amusement rides, playgrounds, aquarium, shopping, and biking. Drive to St. Pete for a baseball game in Tropicana Field, or pre-season Phillies and Yankees games nearby! Football, concerts and Hockey in Tampa are just 40 mins away. I’m from PA but lived in and around NYC for many years. I first fell in love with Clearwater in my 20s visiting HS friends in Tampa, and later the quiet beauty of Sand Key where my cousin has a condo. Finally, during COVID we bought in Cresent Beach Club 1 on the 3rd floor. We sold it after 4 years because we were planning to travel to different places. I was in Key West dreaming of Sand Key when I knew I had to buy another home away from home there. We bought 6C in CBC 2 in March of 2026. I love how this unit has a view of the water from the kitchen and the beach is never crowded. I am a fitness instructor as well and I love doing yoga, shooting fitness videos on the balcony, lifting at the gym and running on the beach. My kids often like visiting Clearwater for crab legs and amusements, but I love being able to walk to Backwaters and the other shops and restaurants in only 5 mins. John’s Pass is another favorite just a short drive south. Exploring restaurants in Indian Rocks and renting boats with a captain are fun adventures. Fishing charters out of Clearwater, the pirate ship with the kids, and crab legs, fish sandwiches and seafood boils before sunset cap the perfect day.

It’s quiet and safe, a white sand beach sanctuary for relaxation with Caribbean clear blue water, but in a short drive you can go to baseball games in St Pete, Tampa for hockey/football, and the river walk, or take the trolley to Clearwater for seaside dining, amusement rides, cruises, water sports and shopping. I love the choice of two airports within 30-40 mins away.

The brand new kitchen, electric fireplace, huge master bath and walk in closet make this unit unique, as well as a view from the kitchen. The balconies are huge and the glass railings allow you to see a view and tan without looking through metal bars. The choice of two tennis courts, pools and gyms is convenient and unusual for this area. Storage for beach chairs in the pool area means you don’t even have to carry anything but sunscreen and a cool drink down to the first level.
