The "Sis Residenz Bun Sté" apartment is located in San Vigilio di Marebbe, renowned for its unique views of the Dolomites, green meadows, and pristine forests. The residence’s name is Ladin and means "pleasant stay." This region is ideal for mountain lovers. Around Kronplatz, you can ski, cross-country ski, and hike, as well as enjoy climbing, mountaineering, mountain biking, or horseback riding.



The modern apartment spans two floors and features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to eight guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite TV, and an infrared sauna. For families, a baby bed and high chair are available upon request.



Start your day with breakfast on the balcony furnished with garden furniture. On the shared rooftop sun terrace, relax in the whirlpool or on sun loungers. There’s also a communal garden, table tennis, trampoline, and a fitness room.



This centrally located apartment is just 100 m from the ski slope and Kronplatz valley station, whose cable car takes you to the popular ski area. The center of San Vigilio di Marebbe is about a 10-minute walk (900 m), where you’ll find many restaurants, cafés, bars, and a supermarket. Bruneck, the main town of the Puster Valley, is a 20-minute drive away (17 km). The famous Drei Zinnen Nature Park is only an hour away by car (57 km).

One of our favorite accommodations ever! The property is spotlessly clean, extremely well appointed with everything you need, and it’s conveniently located. Best of all the hosts are extremely kind and thoughtful, they’ve gone the extra mile to ensure each guest has a wonderful experience. They were very gracious with our young family and offered lots of advice about hiking, food, and activities. We loved this place and would happily return.

Our host, Hannes, is an experienced outdoorsman whose resume includes coaching the Italian Olympic Snowboarding team as well as mountain biking, hiking, and ski instructing. He and his wife Sigi are extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The terrace with a hot tub is great, the rooms and beds are comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Our group of 6 would happily stay the again.

The trip of a lifetime!

We came in for a holiday with our grown children. The space was bigger than expected and super comfortable. The beds were perfect, and bathrooms VERY large. It seems that every detail was thought out to lead to a comfortable stay...The apartment is state of the art, and Hannes and Sigi are truly the most gracious and helpful hosts. They guided us to places to eat, things to do and especially TRAILS to hike! We hope to go back every year. These are the things we loved the best: the apartment was super clean and comfortable. The apartment is walkable to the whole town and to trails. The food in the area was delicious. The infrared sauna and hot tub felt great after a day of hiking. We slept great every night, even with jet-lag. Hannes and Sigi were wonderful. It was the trip of a lifetime.

Sehr schön und ALLE GANZ NETT

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen SKI Urlaub in St Vigilio.Die Unterkunft war top und lies keine Wünsche offen.Hannes und seine Familie waren sehr sehr nette Vermieter.Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.
