LOCATION: 1 of only 7 five-bedroom homes walkable to 20+ downtown WP restaurants. 1 of only 3 hot tubs in town (out of ~1,000+) where you can watch live concerts for free from 104° water.

OUR RECORD: Impeccable 99/99 five-star stays across multiple platforms over 5 years; Highest verified score of all 5-bedrooms in downtown WP.

SKIP-THE-SHOP: Save $40/day, per child. We provide ~5 pairs of kids' skis and boots for use on the hill across the street or at WP resort. Stop waiting in rental lines.

Skip the corporate management firms and stay in a home with "soul." We are owners who stay here often and have curated this space for groups who want to maximize their time on the snow.

THE VIP EXPERIENCE:
Out of 2,000+ listings in the WP area, we offer a unique vantage point, literally. Soon to feature the only private sauna in town with a concert view, you can currently enjoy High Note Thursdays or the Jazz Festival directly from our 7-person rooftop hot tub. Skip the entry fees and enjoy world-class music from your private deck. Private Fire Table.

THE FAMILY ADVANTAGE:
We believe the best way to learn to ski is without the stress of the rental shop. Our "Little Ripper Gear Closet" includes ~5 pairs of children's skis and boots in varying sizes. Your family can master the basics for free on the sledding hill across the street or take the gear to the resort. We provide the equipment so you can focus on the memories, saving you up to $40 per day, per child.

THE LOCATION:
Our location is rare. We are directly across the street from the Kid’s Park and Sledding Hill, and one block from the Free Lift Shuttle.

THE RECOVERY SUITE: Specifically designed for post-mountain comfort with a professional massage chair, in-floor radiant heating, a Theragun, and premium Nectar/Purple mattresses.

THE TECH: 1Gbps fiber internet and a dedicated home office—tested and used regularly by us for remote work. Sonos Surround Sound in every room, 6 Roku Smart HDTVs, and wifi-enabled blinds.

THE KITCHEN: Bosch appliances, Nespresso + Keurig, and an "impeccably stocked" pantry that many guests say is better than their own home.

This was far and away the nicest rental property we have ever enjoyed. The property is relatively new and has been very well maintained. The kitchen is fantastic and you will not find a nicer patio to enjoy in all of Winter Park! The location is excellent for both casual shopping and their are multiple restaurants within walking distance of the home.

Great place to stay

Great location in downtown. Luxury throughout, very clean, top of the line amenities and finishing touches. The garage space is a plus with the snow and loading and unloading.

Winter Park family vacation 2025

Amazing home! Perfect location! Well appointed kitchen! Comfortable in every way! The owners were so accommodating allowing us to check in a little early so my grandson could rest after a long flight and drive. They were very responsive and checked to make sure we got into the property without issue and were available via text. A definite must stay if you are in that area and we would definitely stay again!

Perfect Home and Stay!

This was such a perfect house! I loved the style and the location couldn't have been better. Definitely the best house I've picked in Winter Park. I usually like trying different houses each time I travel, but next time we come back to Winter park, I'll definitely book here again.

What an amazing condo!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo! When we arrived it was spotlessly clean, easy check in and the location was so much fun for all of us! The rooftop deck is amazing and hot tub was so nice and clean! Kitchen had everything we could have needed and all of the appliances worked beautifully. We could walk to anything we wanted or needed and we loved the concerts in Hideaway Lark across the street in the evenings! Loved our stay!

AMAZING Property

Richly appointed home with many thoughtful amenities. The property had everything needed for an amazing stay. Fully stocked open kitchen with incredible mountain views, every bedroom was well appointed and we loved the rooftop deck with the BBQ, jacuzzi and fire pit. Great location, highly recommend for summer and winter stays.

Awesome condo and great hosts!

Morgan and Alex have a great condo and the location is probably the best in Winter Park. They have it fully stocked with everything you need for a great stay. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of riding Trestle Bike Park. We'll definitely be back.

Beautiful home!

The home was clean, comfortable and a perfect size for our family of 10! It had everything we needed! It was nice spending evenings on the deck in the hot tub and around the fire. We loved the park across the street and the restaurants close by. I highly recommend this beautiful home!

Great Winter Park home

Really nice property with plenty of modern touches which make things comfortable and easy. Smart TVs in all rooms, heated floors, electric blinds and fireplace, etc. Quick communication from the host who made sure our stay was as nice as possible

Incredible Family Getaway

Great owners that take pride in ensuring your stay will be exceptional beginning with a flawless check in. The layout was perfect for our family of 10. Perfect Spot

Me and my friends stayed here and went to lake granby! This is a great place to stay. The house was so spacious and clean. It is right on the main road and there are plenty of restaurants and shops just a few minutes away. There was free parking nearby and there were also spots for our cars. Amazing stay and would come back again if I make it back to the denver area/winter park!!

They've thought of everything!

This house is amazing! Location is great and they have left no stone unturned as far as setting up the home with all the top notch bells and whistles. Owners were available for any questions. We would absolutely return for another family vacation !

Great Location

This rental is located right in downtown Winter Park, perfect location to walk to many restaurants and shops. The hot tub and fire pit were great, and the views are spectacular. We loved the heated floors, especially on a cool morning/evening. The owners were super helpful and communicative. The kitchen has everything you could imagine, made staying in and cooking a pleasure. Can't wait to come back!!
