The house is approximately 90 square meters and consists of an entrance hall, living room, eat-in kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one double and one with a bunk bed), large bathroom and a terrace surrounded by greenery where you can eat and spend free time.

The apartment is located in the Borgo di Spigone (instagram: @borgo_spigone) in the municipality of Vetto d'Enza on the Reggiano Apennines, the medieval village surrounded by chestnut groves born around a Torre house guarding the salt road that connected the Matildiche Lands to the Tyrrhenian Sea.

To see: the Tassaro Waterfalls, the Pietra di Bismantova with its vertical walls, the Castle of Canossa and its badlands, Monte Ventasso with the characteristic Lake Calamone, Monte Cusna included in the Gigante park.
