Unit 801 is a highly desirable 8th-floor corner end unit featuring an expansive wrap-around balcony and breathtaking beach and Gulf views from the balcony, living area, and primary bedroom. This immaculate 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo includes Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for a relaxing coastal getaway.
Windward Pointe 801 offers approximately 1,260 square feet of comfortable living space and is uniquely designed to maximize natural light and Gulf views. As a corner unit, it features six sliding glass doors, all opening directly onto the oversized wrap-around balcony. The balcony is accessible from every bedroom and the living room, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience where you can enjoy sweeping views of the surf and sand along with the soothing sound of the waves.

Inside, the condo is beautifully updated with new tile flooring throughout that complements the bright, coastal décor. The open living and dining area is ideal for gathering, while the fully equipped island kitchen provides ample space for preparing meals, snacks, or beach-day picnics. A full-size washer and dryer add convenience for both short and extended stays.

Bella Beach Properties manages multiple units within Windward Pointe and can easily accommodate family reunions, wedding groups, or sports teams looking to stay together while enjoying their own private spaces.

Parking Information
Parking is not included with the rental. The current parking fee is $50 per vehicle per stay (subject to change per HOA), with a maximum of two vehicles allowed on site. If you have a third vehicle, off-site parking is available at our office located directly across from the complex for $50 per stay.

️ Beach Items
Beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach gear are not provided. Seasonal beach chair and umbrella rentals are available through a third-party beach service for daily or weekly rental, or you are welcome to bring your own. For convenience, a Dollar General is located across the street and carries a great selection of beach essentials.

Starter Supplies Provided
The condo includes a starter supply of the following items:
One roll of toilet paper per bathroom
One bar of soap and small shampoo/conditioner per bathroom
One roll of paper towels
Dish rag
Laundry detergent for one load
One dishwasher detergent
One trash bag per trash can
These items are not replenished during your stay. Guests staying longer than 2–3 days should plan to purchase additional supplies.

Recommended Items to Bring
To ensure a comfortable stay, we suggest bringing:
Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hair dryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and any personal items you prefer.

❄️ Refrigerator Tip
Your check-in day is often a same-day turnover. The refrigerator may need time to fully cool and may not handle large amounts of warm food immediately. Please leave non-perishable items on the counter or in coolers and avoid overfilling. The refrigerator may take up to 12 hours to reach optimal temperature.

️ Air Conditioning Guidelines
On very hot days (90°+), the A/C system may not cool more than 20 degrees below the outside temperature. Please do not set the thermostat excessively low, as this may cause the unit to freeze and shut down. For best performance:
Use ceiling fans
Close blinds during peak sun hours
Keep doors and windows closed
Do not run the A/C with the balcony door open

Orange Beach is a relaxed, coastal destination where most guests find getting around easy with a little planning. Below are the best options depending on your stay style.
Driving (Most Common Option)
Driving is the easiest and most flexible way to explore Orange Beach.
Windward Pointe is located directly on Perdido Beach Boulevard, the main east–west coastal road
Most restaurants, shops, marinas, and attractions are within 5–15 minutes
Grocery stores and convenience shops are nearby
Parking is widely available at attractions and dining spots
Tip: During peak season (spring break, summer, holidays), traffic is heaviest from 10am–6pm. Early mornings and evenings are the easiest times to travel.

Biking
Biking is a pleasant option for short distances.
Many roads have wide shoulders suitable for biking
Best for early morning or late afternoon rides
Ideal for casual trips to nearby shops or coffee spots
Note: Helmets are recommended, and biking is not ideal for long distances during midday heat.

Golf Carts
Golf carts are allowed on certain roads in Orange Beach and are popular for short trips.
Must be street-legal and operated by a licensed driver
Best for beach cruising and nearby dining
Check local regulations for permitted routes

Ride Shares & Taxis
Ride-sharing services are available but limited during busy seasons.
Uber and Lyft operate in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores
Availability may be inconsistent late at night or during peak events
Expect longer wait times in summer
Tip: If relying on ride share for dinner reservations, request early.

Public Transportation
Public transit options are very limited in Orange Beach and not recommended for visitors.
