Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 100 m, bakery 1 km, bus stop "Seignosse - Ocean Estagnots" 550 m. Tennis 1 km, cycle lane 50 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: lac de soutons 50 m, lac de vieux boucau 5 km. Please note: suitable for families. Groups of teenagers on request only. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency HOSSEGOR 19 km.
