This fully renovated and luxuriously appointed two-bedroom flat on the first floor covers an area of 50m² and features:

- A bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen TV.
- A hallway.
- A modern bathroom with a rain shower and a hairdryer.
- A fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, a two-ring ceramic hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine including capsules for the day of arrival, a kettle with a fine selection of teas, and a toaster.
- A spacious dining and living area with a comfortable pull-out sofa bed, tasteful furnishings and a flat-screen TV.
- A balcony for relaxing moments.
- Free Wi-Fi and guest parking are available.
- Access is via a code system, so there is no need to hand over keys.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, with one double bed and 2 sofa beds.
