- Owner/Maintenance Access: There is one locked storage area reserved for owner use. Additionally, a separate utility room at the bottom of the stairs is not part of the suite. The owner or maintenance staff may occasionally need to access these areas. We will provide advance notice whenever possible, but immediate access may be required for urgent issues.

- Internet: The high-speed internet modem is located inside the unit. To ensure reliable service, we kindly ask that it not be unplugged or moved.

- Private Home: This is a professionally managed private home, not a hotel. We strive to provide a seamless and comfortable experience with the privacy and amenities of a real home.

- Property Updates: We are continuously making small improvements to the home. As such, you may notice minor, fresh updates that differ slightly from the listing photos.

- Safety Features: The suite is fully equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit for your peace of mind.
