It is mandatory to read the rules before making the reservation.
1. The property must be returned in the same condition as received. 2. Loud volume is prohibited, especially after 10 pm; a fine will be imposed after the first warning. 3. Only registered guests and visitors, as notified to the host, will be granted access. For security and building access protocol, you must send a photo of each guest`s and visitor`s official ID via Airbnb chat. This will be requested at reception to verify identity and allow access to the building. 4. Parties are prohibited, as well as roaming outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages. 5. Eating and/or drinking on sofas and beds is prohibited. If stains occur, an additional cleaning fee or replacement fee will apply. 6. Towels and/or sheets will incur charges if stained, either from makeup or other substances. 7. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. 8. If any damage is observed to the furniture and/or inventory, the host must be notified as soon as possible. 9. Only the assigned parking spot may be used. 10. Air conditioning units must be turned off when leaving the apartment. 11. Pets are not allowed. If it is a service animal, approval from the host is required. 12. The amenities` rules must be respected. 13. Keys/cards must be left in the location specified by the host.
GENERAL BUILDING AND AMENITIES RULES
1. Use of amenities must be notified to the host 24 hours in advance and is subject to prior reservation and cost, if applicable. 2. The rules for each amenity must be respected, as indicated in the folder within the apartment and shown in the listing photos. 3. Common areas of the building must be respected. The guest will be financially responsible for any damage.
FINES
Violating any point of the above rules can result in fines ranging from $1,500 MXN to $20,000 MXN.
Stained couch, rug, and/or mattress: $2,500 MXN, previously quoted by the ChemDry cleaning company. If the stain is not removed, the full item cost will be charged.
Stained linens: $800 MXN per set of sheets, $500 MXN per towel, and $1,500 MXN per duvet.
Damage or loss of furniture and inventory: Item value (if not reported to the host, an additional fee of $1,000 MXN will apply).
Property damage: Material cost + labor cost + $1,500.00 MXN for repair time.
Loss of keys/cards: A replacement fee of $500 MXN will be charged.
