GENERAL AIRBNB RULES

It is mandatory to read the rules prior to making a reservation.

1. The property must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
2. Loud noise is prohibited, especially after 10 pm; fines will be issued upon the first warning.
3. Only guests and visitors registered on the platform and notified to the host will be granted access.
4. Parties are prohibited, as is walking outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages.
5. Eating and/or drinking on sofas and beds is prohibited. Cleaning or replacement fees will apply if stained.
6. Stained towels and/or sheets (e.g., with makeup or other substances) will incur an additional cleaning or replacement fee.
7. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
8. Any damage to furniture and/or inventory must be reported to the host as soon as possible.
9. Only the assigned parking space may be used.
10. Air conditioning must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
11. Pets are not allowed. For service animals, prior approval from the host is required.
12. The amenity regulations must be respected.
13. Keys and/or access cards must be left in the designated location indicated by the host at check-out.

BUILDING AND AMENITY RULES

1. Use of amenities must be notified to the host 24 hours in advance and is subject to prior reservation and applicable fees, if any.
2. Amenity-specific rules must be followed. These are provided in the folder inside the apartment and shown in the listing photos.
3. Common areas of the building must be respected. Guests will be financially responsible for any damage.

FINES

Violating any of the above rules may result in fines ranging from $1,500 MXN to $20,000 MXN.

- Stained sofa, rug, and/or mattress: $2,500 MXN (cleaning quote by ChemDry). If stains cannot be removed, the full item cost will be charged.
- Stained linens: $800 MXN per set of sheets, $500 MXN per towel, and $1,500 MXN per duvet.
- Damages and/or loss of furniture and inventory: Cost of the item (an additional fee of $1,000 MXN will apply if the host is not notified).
- Property damage: Material cost + labor cost + $1,500 MXN for repair time.
- Lost keys and/or access cards: $500 MXN replacement fee.

We remind you that noise after 10 p.m. is strictly prohibited (e.g., loud music or TV, conversations on balconies, etc.).
As per the building administration’s protocol, power will be cut off if the first warning is ignored. This will result in a fine and cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
