Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- A $55 one-time Booking Fee and a $55-per-night Resort Fee are required and will be processed directly by the front desk at check-in. These fees are not included in the nightly rate.
- The Resort Fee includes shuttle service (based on availability), high-speed internet, and access to on-site amenities. Please note that the resort fee is subject to change at any time.
- All guests have access to the Front Desk during operating hours (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, seven days a week, subject to seasonal changes). A valid credit card must be presented at check-in. After-hours check-ins must be arranged during business hours before check-in. Keys can be picked up from a lockbox in the Frontgate lobby vestibule.
- Please note that the pool is heated.

Parking Details:
- One garage parking space will be assigned by the front desk at check-in.
- Your reservation comes with one parking space. Additional spaces may be available depending on property occupancy.All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
