Vacation Home "Zuhaus am See" with Mountain View, Sauna, Wi-Fi and Garden

In a tranquil location of Gstadt am Chiemsee, the charming vacation home "Zuhaus am See" is located just a few meters from Lake Chiemsee and the extensive network of bike paths. The comfortably furnished vacation home in country house style with beautiful mountain views has a living room with a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest toilet and thus accommodates 4 people. Please, note that the bedrooms are on the first floor and there are stairs to get there. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a private sauna. For the Sauna a fee needs to be paid on site. The living room has a wooden stove. Wood is provided.

In your private outdoor area, a small garden, a beautiful, fenced, open terrace with sun loungers, parasol and cozy dining area, and a balcony await you. Here you can enjoy delicious meals al fresco on warm days, read a good book or simply enjoy the view of nature with a glass of wine.

The vacation home is embedded in the beautiful nature of the Chiemgau Alps, but still not far from numerous sights and amenities of daily needs. Within a 10-minute walk you can reach restaurants, a grocery store and a bakery (800 m). A courtyard café is a 15-minute walk away. The local lido with the restaurant Seehäusl Gollenshausen and thus the Chiemsee can also be reached within 10 minutes on foot. In addition to cycling, the region is also ideal for equestrian activities. The Olympic equestrian center with riding school "Gut Ising" is 7 km away (10 minutes by car). A golf course also belongs to "Gut Ising". Likewise you have the possibility of a riding stable attendance and riding-educational hours in a stable, which is to be reached in likewise 10 minutes. Here you also have the possibility to put your horses under. Your host is a trained riding instructor and can be booked as such. From Gstadt, numerous boats go to the beautiful Fraueninsel or the Herreninsel with the castle Herrenchiemsee (4 km).

For families (children up to and including 15 years) the landlords will issue you vouchers for the lido with restaurant Seehäusl Gollenshausen:

The vouchers for the children are reimbursed only for a stay of one week.

Bicycles can be stored in the cellar or garden. Washing machine and dryer are available.
