Cozy and modern basement vacation apartment with a private entrance. Spacious bathrooms, bedrooms, and a kitchen/living room invite you to relax. The apartment was completely renovated in June 2021. A TV and Wi-Fi are available for your use. The apartment is accessible via a staircase.
Nearby, you can explore the Hermann Monument, the Eagle Sanctuary, the Externsteine, the Teutoburg Forest with its many hiking and biking trails, the city of Detmold, and much more

The bedroom is furnished with a 2.00 m x 2.00 m bed and a youth-sized bed measuring 0.90 m x 2.00 m. The living room features a pull-out couch (1.40 m x 2.00 m) that sleeps one additional person. As a basement apartment, it is located below the first floor.

Quietly located with a half-hour bus connection to the city of Detmold (travel time approx. 30 min).
Hiking destinations: Hermann’s Monument, Externsteine, Teutoburg Forest with many hiking and biking trails.
Cultural attractions: Eagle Sanctuary, Bird Park, College of Music, State Theater, etc.
In the summer, you can walk to our village outdoor pool, “Fischerteich,” in 4 minutes ☀️⛱

The apartment is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Pivitsheide.
Our small outdoor pool is just a 4-minute walk away.
There’s a Comib supermarket and an Aldi supermarket about 2.2 km away. The neighborhood also has a butcher shop, two bakeries, a Sparkasse and a Volksbank, a gas station, a pharmacy, and more. Restaurants in town are also just a few minutes’ drive away.
From here, it’s just over a 20-minute drive to Bielefeld. Paderborn is about a 30-minute drive away.
