Lovely beachside spot, but noisy
This would easily be a 5 star review if not for one significant drawback. The beachfront location was amazing. There’s nothing like the feeling of stepping off your sweet private tiled patio onto the beach for a swim in the Mediterranean then back to enjoy the beach view of sun umbrellas in cheerful colors. The harbor wall creates a lovely protected zone for safe and relaxing swimming even when other spots are windswept or treacherous. Luca the property manager is a great guy - friendly, very communicative and quickly on hand to answer any question or fix any issue. (We also enjoyed meeting his sweet little family). The place is small but immaculate and well designed with everything you need. The only down-side for us was that in our web research we had not understood that the beach is kind of a party place, and the neighbors are an outdoor restaurant (music all day) and an outdoor bar/night-club spot (music until late at night). If you are a fan of up-tempo, bass-heavy pop music and/or you are not music or noise sensitive and you sleep like a rock, then this is a great choice. If you don’t want to have someone else’s soundtrack for your life, or don’t want to be up until late (2:30am on Saturdays and any other random day when there is a celebration - in our case a Wednesday) listening to LOUD music that no earplug can protect you from, then you might want to consider a quieter location.
