This was perfect for a peaceful, quiet, get away. The pictures do not truly do justice to the beauty of the scenery. The condo was clean, well-equipped, and spacious. The wrap around balcony added to the experience! I would visit this condo again with one exception-for a longer stay! Thank you!

Wonderful view of lake

The view from the porch is just lovely. We saw so many birds I enjoyed watching the lake that was really the highlight of this condo. The condo is clean and although dated everything was in good repair, it was great to have a washer and dryer there. There is a pool at the resort area of the complex. The landscaping around the pool is beautiful the pool itself could’ve been cleaner my husband had to pull a snake out of the pool this morning.

Beautiful views. We could hear the waves crashing from everywhere in the condo. We spent most of our time outside watching the lake/boats/boat races and even used the binoculars to do so. Everything stocked in the condo except shampoo, bath soap. It was convenient to have a washer/dryer for our wet bathing suits after swimming at Hazards pool. The only small complaint is that there was a rattling in the metal ceiling above the balcony from the 3rd floor air conditioner but definitely not a deal breaker. We will definitely be back - we loved it!!!

The condo is in the best location. The views, as described by other visitors, is amazing. We enjoyed a quiet and peaceful stay with the best views. The sound of the lake at all hours of the day was just what we needed. There are quiet hours at the condo, so that was nice. We were also able to use the pool, which was refreshing. Everyone we ran into was nice and had a cheerful hello. The condo was clean and had everything we needed as well as ample paper supplies. Instructions were clear. We would recommend to anyone and if we visit MBI again, this is where we will stay!

Relaxing Family Girls Trip

From the day of booking with no hassle and several questions promptly and nicely answered to the actual arrival and week stay it is clear this Premiere Host Tony knows how to provide a relaxing awesome views quiet place to stay.We drove to Port Clinton the night before and stayed in a small hotel since we had reserved the 1st morning ferry that takes autos and people across to Middle Bass Island. Even though we knew check in was not till 3:00 PM. Easily found the key and we had packed a collapsible wagon as Tony suggested since it is an end unit opposite from the nice elevator. There are two locking doors so it was very secure! One allows access to the backside of the wrap around balcony ( wonderful morning shade & breezes) and locked door into the kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed to make country breakfasts each morning before we would decide to go out after 10:00 AMMy Sisters stayed in the Master bedroom and both commented they slept great in the 2 Queen beds and liked having their on suite bathroom with double sinks.Our Brother had to cancel at the last moment so I took the hall bedroom and bathroom.SO peaceful right above the water. Plenty of birds to watch yet they are not loud. Definitely will look for dates to return!! Look up the Sonny's ferry to plan your trips off island! You must ferry to PIB before Kellys Island there is not a direct ferry to Kellys.The AC is AWESOME for the hot humid times

Amazing Views and property

I planned this trip as a birthday present for my best friend. She had only seen one photo of the property before we arrived. She was absolutely shocked at how large and beautiful the property was. It was an amazing and much-needed girls trip!

Beautiful, clean and comfortable and had fantastic views of the lake and wooded park land immediately next door! We spotted several bird species including bald eagles. Peaceful vibe.

Great views of lake & nature!

We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Great view of the lake! Loved the large wrap-around balcony on 3 sides of the condo that faced the lake on one side and nature on the other two. Thank you Tony for a wonderful stay!

Best View on MBI

Property has beautiful views of Lake Erie. Many windows and sliding glass doors allow enjoyment of the waves crashing against the rocks along with fresh air. Condo is decorated in a tropical theme. Very nice wrap around porch. Enjoyed our stay!

Peaceful and private

Perfect lakeside getaway with lovely views and great wrap-around balcony. Tons of seating. Host was responsive in messaging. There is a high-iron water issue for laundry and dishes, which host noted on sign. Condo is on far end of property so perfect for privacy and quiet. Great to escape touristy hubbub of PIB.

Family weekend at MBI

Beautiful place to stay right on the water, you can walk 15 minutes or get a ferry from the boat dock. Will definitely be back, the whole family loved it.

Perfect getaway

Beautiful condo with lake view. Very quiet at night. Sit on the deck watch the sunrise with all the ducks, egrets and birds. Very friendly locals. And of course the ferry ride over is great.

Girls Trip!

Four of my friends and I stayed in this condo this past weekend. From the moment we turned the key and opened the door to the patio we were in awe. This is an end unit and there were 3 areas on the walk around porch. The view on the lake was stunning. We watched the sunrise every morning with our coffee. The inside was very clean and had all the amenities you could expect. We took a day trip to Put in Bay and rented a golf cart. The restaurant on our island, JF Walleyes was such a fun place, the food and service was excellent! We've already decided we want to come back, possibly next summer and would definitely rent this unit. I think we would rent a golf cart on this island as well. Tony, the host was amazing and was quick to respond to all our inquires. Thank you so much for sharing your island experience with us!
