Awesome place. Well stocked with everything we needed, the porch and the view are amazing. Walking distance to the water taxi, restaurant, and pool.

Family weekend at MBI

Beautiful place to stay right on the water, you can walk 15 minutes or get a ferry from the boat dock. Will definitely be back, the whole family loved it.

Amazing Views & Spotlessly Clean

Beautiful, clean and comfortable and had fantastic views of the lake and wooded park land immediately next door! We spotted several bird species including bald eagles. Peaceful vibe.

Best View on MBI

Property has beautiful views of Lake Erie. Many windows and sliding glass doors allow enjoyment of the waves crashing against the rocks along with fresh air. Condo is decorated in a tropical theme. Very nice wrap around porch. Enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Views and property

I planned this trip as a birthday present for my best friend. She had only seen one photo of the property before we arrived. She was absolutely shocked at how large and beautiful the property was. It was an amazing and much-needed girls trip!

Relaxing Family Girls Trip

From the day of booking with no hassle and several questions promptly and nicely answered to the actual arrival and week stay it is clear this Premiere Host Tony knows how to provide a relaxing awesome views quiet place to stay.We drove to Port Clinton the night before and stayed in a small hotel since we had reserved the 1st morning ferry that takes autos and people across to Middle Bass Island. Even though we knew check in was not till 3:00 PM. Easily found the key and we had packed a collapsible wagon as Tony suggested since it is an end unit opposite from the nice elevator. There are two locking doors so it was very secure! One allows access to the backside of the wrap around balcony ( wonderful morning shade & breezes) and locked door into the kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed to make country breakfasts each morning before we would decide to go out after 10:00 AMMy Sisters stayed in the Master bedroom and both commented they slept great in the 2 Queen beds and liked having their on suite bathroom with double sinks.Our Brother had to cancel at the last moment so I took the hall bedroom and bathroom.SO peaceful right above the water. Plenty of birds to watch yet they are not loud. Definitely will look for dates to return!! Look up the Sonny's ferry to plan your trips off island! You must ferry to PIB before Kellys Island there is not a direct ferry to Kellys.The AC is AWESOME for the hot humid times

Perfect getaway

Perfect Weekend

Perfect getaway

Beautiful condo with lake view. Very quiet at night. Sit on the deck watch the sunrise with all the ducks, egrets and birds. Very friendly locals. And of course the ferry ride over is great.

Great location, privacy, and views!

Loved the three-sided porch on this end unit! We had a beautiful view of the lake (and the sounds!), the forest, and the sunset on the back porch. We really enjoyed the privacy and space, and laundry made it convenient.

Beautiful view!

I love this end unit. Not only do we have a beautiful lakefront view, but we have plenty of light and privacy. It's now my "go-to" place on the island.

Getaway

This was our third time visiting the island and 2nd time staying in this unit. And as usual the unit is immaculate and well kept. The balcony is an excellent place to hangout and grill plus the view is gorgeous. We’re already planning when we’re coming back lol.

Middle bass weekend trip

The condo was clean and had what we needed, including a set of binoculars for bird watching off the 3 sided patio. No issues with bugs getting inside, even during a mayfly swarm. Check in and check out were easy and straightforward.

Convenient Location

Stayed here for a wedding weekend. Location was very convenient and the view off tge deck was beautiful. The property could have been cleaned up a little nicer (i.e. outside deck, dishes, ect.). Was given the wrong code to get inside but owner called back within 20 minutes. Property worked for what we needed

Amazing Place....

What a find! If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to unwind. then this si for you! As you can see the view is stunning. Roomy clean and all the neighbors we met we beyond friendly. The run to PIB in a short 15 min ride on the water taxi so you have the best of both worlds here. Protip the coffee at the general store is great and say Hi to Gloria...

The condo itself was beautiful.

The condo was beautiful and very clean. The owner was very helpful (I could not get the tv to work). The physical building could use some cleaning and maintenance. The surrounding area was also not well maintained.

Just what we needed

What a wonderful condo. Very clean with nice furniture. The wrap around deck was the best part. We went during the week so it was quiet. Took a day trip to PIB. Thanks Tony. You have a wonderful condo. The complex needs a good cleaning. Lots of dead bugs. Well worth the trip.

First Class on Middle Bass!

This Lakefront condo is first class. The owner was always very quick with his replies to my questions and very helpful. The condo was spotless, the kitchen had everything you could want, the bedrooms were roomy, comfortable, and had their own televisions. The best part was having morning coffee watching the sunrise on the lake from the covered balcony, which, by the way, really does wrap around the three sides of the condo. It is an incredible luxury to have so many places to sit outside, listening to the birds and watching the boats. At night, it was pleasant to sit outside and enjoy the stars and lights from the lighthouses. This condo is next to Hazard's with a nice outdoor bar with fun drinks and good food. Enjoy your stay on Middle Bass and don't hesitate to book this condo!!

Girls Trip!

Four of my friends and I stayed in this condo this past weekend. From the moment we turned the key and opened the door to the patio we were in awe. This is an end unit and there were 3 areas on the walk around porch. The view on the lake was stunning. We watched the sunrise every morning with our coffee. The inside was very clean and had all the amenities you could expect. We took a day trip to Put in Bay and rented a golf cart. The restaurant on our island, JF Walleyes was such a fun place, the food and service was excellent! We've already decided we want to come back, possibly next summer and would definitely rent this unit. I think we would rent a golf cart on this island as well. Tony, the host was amazing and was quick to respond to all our inquires. Thank you so much for sharing your island experience with us!
