Modern, clean, and fully equipped private studio in central Athens, just 1 minute from Metaxourgeio metro with direct access to the airport, port, and historic center. Metaxourgeio (1 min walk), Monastiraki Square (15 min walk), Plaka (20–25 min walk), Acropolis & Acropolis Museum (35 min walk) or 10 min by metro/ taxi. The apartment offers a comfortable double bed with anatomical mattress, fast Wi-Fi, dedicated workspace, Smart TV with Netflix, air conditioning (cooling & heating), and a private quiet balcony facing an inner courtyard. The compact kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, and a washing machine with dryer is available inside the apartment. I am always available via the app and happy to help with tips, directions, or anything you may need during your stay. My goal is to provide a smooth, comfortable, and well-organized experience for every guest. Metaxourgeio is a central, authentic Athens neighborhood. Like many inner-city areas, it has a local urban character rather than a tourist setting, but it is well connected and very convenient for moving around the city. With the metro just one minute away, guests can easily reach all major sights. Enjoy exploring a true side of Athens.

The apartment is located in the central part of Athens, right next to the metro on a busy main street. Like in many inner-city areas, the neighborhood has a mixed urban character. It’s a lively rather than a tourist-focused or luxury area. The street is well-lit and active, with regular police presence and steady foot traffic. Inside, the studio faces an inner courtyard and remains quiet.
You're just a short walk from everything you need:

1 minute to the metro station.
10 minutes to the magnificent Acropolis by metro.
15 minutes to the vibrant Psiri neighborhood on foot.
