You have the entire house to yourselves and free Parking is available on the property.
Electricity usage (20 Kwh per day), water (0.4 M3 per day) and garbage collection are included in the nightly rate based on normal consumption.
We will measure the electricity (kWh) and water meters at check-in and check-out to calculate usage accurately.
In the rare case that utility usage goes significantly beyond normal levels, an additional charge may apply. We’ll always provide proof and communicate clearly before doing so.
For electricity, any extra usage is charged at 1 XCG per kWh. For example, if consumption exceeds the included amount by 10 kWh, the charge would be 10 XCG (approximately $5.71 USD).
That said, most guests stay well within the included allowance, as long as the air conditioning isn’t running 24/7 or left on while out.
The same applies to water. It has always been sufficient for our guests, and any additional usage is charged at $6.86 per m³.

While the neighborhood is still under development, you will not be bothered by noise. Construction is minimal and rarely noticeable. We can confidently say it’s a very quiet and tranquil area, with 24/7 gated security. You’ll enjoy peace and privacy throughout your stay.
