Cozy 1BR Apt - Business & Leisure - Mbezi Beach

Welcome to El's Homes! We've blended Tanzanian and Rwandan touches to create a comfy retreat perfect for work or relaxation: cozy bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, AC in both rooms, and a workspace. The quiet area puts you close to beaches, shopping, and essentials. Enjoy the comfy sofa or the outdoor space to unwind. I'll stock breakfast basics for your first 2 days (whatever's available—bread, oatmeal, milk, or eggs), plus tea, coffee, sugar, and other essentials during your stay!

The space
You'll have the entire Apartment 5 to yourself in a secure, gated compound with ample parking. Step into a cozy living room with a large sofa, coffee table, and big-screen TV—perfect for unwinding with one of the books I've left or trying your hand at bao, a traditional board game. The open kitchen is well-equipped with counter seating for two.
The spacious bedroom features a comfortable bed, a wardrobe, a workspace with a mirror, and an ottoman. A full bathroom sits between the bedroom and the living area for privacy. You'll find an ironing board, laundry basket, and storage for essentials throughout. Every room has a trash can. A dedicated washing machine area is outside your apartment, in the right section of the apartment block, where the clotheslines are.
The rooms are bright and airy. I'll have the apartment professionally cleaned once a week during your stay.

Guest access
You'll have full access to the entire Apartment 5, including your private outdoor verandah and shared areas such as the parking space. Your dedicated washing machine is located outside your apartment, along with clotheslines in the right section of the building. Large trash bins are on the far left side of the compound.

Other things to note
The apartment is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, just 10 minutes from the beach by car. It's ideal whether you're here to unwind or for business. So that you know, we're unable to accommodate pets.
