Private: property 1'000 m2, large garden (not fenced) with trees, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop 6 km, sandy beach "Plage de Trez Goarem" 1 km pebble beach "Pors Tarz" 700 m, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Marina 5 km, surf school 6 km, walking paths from the house 700 m. Nearby attractions: Pointe du Raz 8 km, Baie des Trépassés 8 km. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.
"Ty ar Bilie", 4-room terraced house 100 m2. Beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), TV (flat screen). Large kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm). Interconnecting room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Sep. WC. Electric heating. Heating not available in all rooms. Parquet floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Great place to spend some quiet time. Beautifully restored farmhouse with new kitchen , bedroom and bathroom. All very well presented and cleaned. WiFi really needs improving though

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Lediglich die Verständigung war etwas schwierig, weil das Vermieterehepaar nur französisch gesprochen hat. Das Haus war wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Der Urlaub war perfekt

Sehr schönes Haus und Garten. Besitzer wohnen im Nachbarhaus und sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Haus selbst hatte alles notwendige, was man für einen Urlaub braucht.

Perfect get away

If you’re looking for a well equipped and modern holiday base this is perfect. The accommodations are clean and airy, the garden lovely to sit in for breakfast or supper. We walked to beautiful beaches, where the sand was fine and the water clear and lovely to swim in.

Mooi, ruim appartement met alle comfort. Eigenaars hebben voor ons kreeften besteld en deze nadien klaargemaakt. We hebben hier een gastronomische week doorgebracht. Fantastische streek voor te wandelen langs de kust en het bosrijke binnenland. Zee ligt op kwartiertje wandelen.

Hôtes très sympatique et d'une gentillesse extrême. Avons lié un lien amical naturel dès notre arrivée. Logement très fonctionnel et spacieux, entièrement rénové récemment. La pelouse arborée où nous avons fait qq sieste sur les transats et où notre petit chien a pu gambader à loisir . Si ce n'était pas si loin de chez nous, venons d'Avignon. Nous avons passé une semaine dans la maison et c'était vraiment très pratique. La maison est très lumineuse et le jardin idéal pour les enfants.

Ausgezeichneter Urlaub

Ein sehr schönes zur Hälfte renoviertes Haus ,gute geschmackvolle Einrichtung.Die Betten waren super.Im Obergeschoss mit Blick auf das Meer,welches Nachts auch zu hören ist. Fußläufig ist ein kleiner verlassener Hafen und ein bisschen weiter das Meer mit Sandstrand zu erreichen. Die Vermieter haben uns herzlich empfangen und hatten nützliche Tipps. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen und einen entspannten Urlaub verbringen.
