Private: terrace. 400 m long motor access (via unmade road, mountain road). Parking at 200 m on the premises. Supermarket 12 km, bus stop "Leontica Chiesa 133" 5.8 km, railway station "Biasca FFS - SBB" 3500 km. Nearby attractions: Castelli di Bellinzona UNESCO, Mercato, Museo della Valle di Blenio, Chiesa Negrentino, Archivio Doneta, Castello di Seravalle, Splash & spa. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Diga di Luzzone, Lago Retico, Lago Ritom, Lago Maggiore (Locarno), Lago di Lugano. Hiking paths: Nara, Greina, Lucomagno, Valle di Blenio, Val Malvaglia. Please note: car recommended. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.

Exit to the terrace. Open mezzanine with 2 beds (95 cm, length 195 cm). Open kitchen (4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, fondue Set (cheese)). On the lower ground floor: shower/WC. Wood heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Very beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Please note: non-smoking house. >> Important: The wood-burning oven in the kitchen is for decoration only.
