Waterfront Pool Home Paradise!

Escape to this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath home located right on the water with an ocean access private dock! Relax in the sparkling blue pool as you enjoy the gorgeous view. Challenge your friends and family to a game of pool, or convert the pool table to a ping pong table for high energy fun. Located just a few minutes from local restaurants and shops! Pool can be heated at a rate of $30/day - 48 hour notice required.

The only access not permitted is the garage and closets. The are garment racks for your convenience.

Heated pool is available upon request. There is a daily fee of 30.00 per day for the pool to be heated with a 3 day minimum. Please notify us in advance so that we can turn the heater on for your stay. Please note that the heater is only turned on for booking and if you’re booking.
1. Check-out is strictly at 10:00AM. Our cleaning teams are scheduled precisely to ensure the home is perfect for the next guest.
2. No smoking or vaping. This applies to the entire interior of the home. Any evidence or odor of smoking will result in a deep cleaning fee.
3. No parties or unauthorized events. Only the number of guests on the reservation are permitted on the property after 10:00PM.
4. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 8:00AM. Please respect our neighbors!
5. No pets on the furniture or beds.
6. No running around the pool. No diving into the pool. Children must be supervised at all times.
7. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Flushing something other than toilet paper may result in a backup.
8. Please park only in the driveway.

*Florida Wildlife Awareness* Please be aware the property is located in an area with natural bodies of water. In Florida, it is safest to assume that alligators may be present in any freshwater body, including canals, ponds, and lakes. For your safety, guests and children must stay away from the water`s edge and are strictly prohibited from entering, wading, or swimming in any natural body of water on or near the property. Do not feed any wildlife, including and especially alligators. Feeding alligators is dangerous and a violation of Florida State Law. Please keep all pets on a short leash and at a safe distance from the water`s edge at all times.
